So grateful for this staff! You guys made my dreadful fear of dentists soften up. This is the first visit I’ve ever had where I didn’t feel like crying! Dr. Bautista made me feel as ease. Compared to other dentists I have been too, he really made me feel that he is concerned about his patients. He actually listened to what I had to say. What a great office! I made first appointment because it was close to work, and I was wowed with practice. Dr. Bautista was really knowledgeable gentle on my self since I wasn't flossing and showed me some tips keeping my teeth healthy. I did my follow up 6 months later and I'm doing much better great people definitely recommend this office.

There are dentists out there who try to put you on a financial plan after your first consultation to squeeze as much money out of you, and then there are honest people like Dr. Bautista who aren't sales people pretending to be dentists.

Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Bautista, I had an awful and very costly experience with my previous denstist in Walnut Creek (I won't name the practice but any dentist office with the word "Art" in the name should've raised a red flag) and avoided going back there despite follow-up work that was needed on my tooth.

Luckily my husband found Dr. Bautista and recommended that I make an appointment. That was two years ago, and I have to say Dr. Bautista and his staff have won my trust. I have never felt any pressure ever from Dr. Bautista or his staff to get all the work done right away and have worked with me to schedule visits based on my insurance plan. This was a very important criteria for me and Pam has been a wonderful help here!

As one yelper has already said, Dr. Bautista and his staff are very friendly, down to earth, genuine and funny. They have been very accommodating to both my husband and I, and I actually find myself enjoying my dental visits!

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Bautista - my goal when requesting an appointment was to have a more personal experience with my dentist than I received at my previous dentist, and that was exactly what I received here! The admin staff were very friendly, and Dr. Bautista took plenty of time first simply getting to know me but also going through my x rays in detail, discussing what he was looking at, why, and what it meant for my dental care. Glad to have established care with his office.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived, I was taken in for xrays before my appointment time even started! Every one was very good to me. I was particularly blessed by Patty. She did a very good job with my stack of tartar! I love the office location and views and I very much appreciate your time and careful explanation of what was the best course of hygiene for me. I did not feel like I got the same story everyone else gets. I appreciate the respect and all around service I received. I look forward to returning in March... Thanks!

Dr. Randy Bautista is the best!!!! I needed a few fillings done and was apprehensive but Dr. Randy (as I call him) was very gentle, fast and did a wonderful job. I didn't feel any pain at all! He knew I was nervous; he told me stories and made me laugh which calmed me down during the entire procedure. Everyone in the office makes me feel special when I come in to the office; they're always friendly and very professional in handling my dental claims. Although my husband has been going there for years, I have only started going to Dr. Bautista this year and already I can tell the difference - my teeth look better and cleaner. At my last visit, Dr. Randy gave me an Oral B electric toothbrush; he said he wants to take good care of my teeth! I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Randy. I have been telling all my friends and relatives to go to him, his office has a nice view and it's very convenient to the I-680 freeway and shopping. I started going to Dr. B is 2007 and then moved to New York. After returning to California, we now drive 2 hours just to see him. I would rather drive the distance knowing I am going to receive quality work and have a pleasant experience. :)

Dr. Randy Bautista is an excellent dentist! Not only is he professional, but he takes the time to educate you on the procedure and treatment plan. He is very detail orientated and his staff is very courteous! Pam is very organized and happily answers any questions regarding payment and insurance. I feel, Dr. Bautista is open and honest about your treatment plan. He preforms the necessary work and makes you feel comfortable with the process. I trust him and would recommend him to any friends or relatives.

Dr. Bautista was recommended to me by a co-worker/friend who clued me in not only to his skill, but to his sunny personality and sense of humor as well. He did not disappoint. Right away, I felt at ease with him and his fantastic staff. I had not been to the dentist in years and was terrified that I would spend hours in pain. Quite the opposite has happened. Together, we came up with a plan to restore my dental health and smile while minimizing the suffering part. I have been back 3 times in the last 6 months, once with his cohort Dr. Lee, and have left each time pain-free and smiling. Do yourself a favor and call him.

I was referred to Dr. Bautista a few years ago by a co-worker. His family has been using Pleasant Hill Dentistry for years and are very happy. Prior to seeing Dr. Bautista I tried a couple other local dentists that were either incompetent or determined to sell me things I didn't need (or both). Dr. Bautista took care of my somewhat neglected teeth and now I don't put off going to the dentist any more. He and his assistants are all very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Pam even came in on Saturday a few weeks ago and helped my with a broken crown! Thanks again Pam :)

I have a large family and Dr.Bautista and staff make it easy and convinient for my family to come and see him all at the same time (about a 2 hour block ) Dr. Bautista has become friends with my children so check up time is something they look forward to.

Gina is great! This was the second time she has cleaned my teeth. Always is gentle but does a great job. She also has great suggestions how I can better clean my teeth, suggestions that I can remember. Always a pleasant and fun visit from everyone, that is something I never thought I would say about going to the dentist.

No one really likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Bautista is one dentist I don't mind visiting. A cousin of mine suggested Pleasant Hill Dentistry after I had been experiencing severe pain in one of my teeth. I made an appointment with Dr. Bautista and came in for an examination. Within a matter of minutes he determined what was wrong and was able to fix the problem. The pain in my tooth was gone in less than two hours and never came back. That's the thing I love about this practice, you come in, you don't wait long, you get your dental work done, and then you leave. It's like high a quality dental drive-thru!!!
I've been going to Pleasant Hill Dentistry now for more than 2 years and I can honestly say it's the best dental experience I've had in my life. Dr. Bautista isn't that intimidating dentist you dread visiting. He's very professional and someone you can absolutely trust with all your dental needs, but still comes across as a regular friendly and approachable person who just happens to be your dentist. His staff is also very friendly and makes every visit to the practice a content and positive one. Hands down, Pleasant Hill Dentistry is the best around!!!

I was recently referred to Dr. Bautista from my sister and my mom. I came from a terrible dentist in Concord that runs their office like a puppy mill. I am so happy with Dr. Bautista and his staff. They helped me get my mouth back in order and worked with my to manage the work that I needed done.

The office staff is very friendly. What I like most is that Dr. Bautista takes the time to talk to you and explain everything to you. He takes the time to get know you and not treat you like your just a patient

I have been going here for years even when it was previously ran by Dr. Wolske (who has since retired) and I have always been greatly impressed not only with the professionalism of the doctors and staff, but also with how genuine and down to earth the doctor and staff seem to be.

The office is small, personable and will make your feel right at home and for what ever the problem is, you can rest assure and know that it will be taken care of gently and efficiently.

I have since had to find a new doctor being that I really can't do the 30 min commute all the time, though this has been long over dew review and certainly well worth the 5 stars given.

The visit was good. I don't have anxiety over going to the dentist, and dentists like Randy are the reason why. The staff were all exceptional as well. I am recommending my partner to Randy.

Definitely agree with the previous reviews. Dr. Bautista is a great dentist! He is very friendly and concerned about your teeth. He cares about making sure you understand what's going on and makes you feel totally comfortable by asking any question. I've been going to his office for years for all my dental needs and every single visit was pain free. I have been completely satisfied with all of the work done by Dr. Bautista. As an added plus, everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a dentist Dr. Bautista is the absolute best. I highly recommend Dr. Bautista. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. B is great! He bonded my front tooth to disguise discoloration and now i have a beautiful white smile! I have been going to his office for a few years and really enjoy his pleasant "non-lecturing" dental advise AND his dry sense of humor. My son goes here too. This place reminds me of my local barbershop but for teeth! My experience here as a patient was a great one. For obvious reasons, it was hard to converse with my mouth being cleaned but when I did get the chance, Randy was there to listen. He engaged in conversation as if we've been friends for years! He gave me great advice to improve oral care without making me feel uncomfortable. A nice place that gave me a "homey" type feel...and when I was all done, I left with a bag of goodies (not just a toothbrush and toothpaste, but I got the works!!) In addition, the ladies at the front desk were very polite and courteous. Thanks for making my first trip there a great one. Will be back for my 2nd check-up!

Randy, You are a good listener, you take pride in your work and patients. You always answer my questions. I trust you and that is very important for me. Your employees always go out of their way to get answers for me regarding my insurance coverage or if I have billing questions.

Dr. Bautista took over my dentists office a year or so ago. I thought the transition was not going to be easy because I really liked my original dentist. I have been happily surprised. Dr. Bautista has an excellent bed side manner and is very thorough, he takes his time when I am there for an appointment. He staff is second to none. They are always helpful and friendly. I didn't like the news being delivered but appreciate Dr. Bautista's patience in explaining procedures and cost. I was greeted very warmly and I was not rushed out the door even though I was still asking questions a little after 5:00 p.m. Dr. Bautista and his staff were very kind and treated me with dignity. I appreciated Dr. Bautista coming out of his office again when I was at the front desk. He did not need to spend extra time with me, but gave me careful and thorough explanation of the paperwork I was looking at. I appreciated his careful cleaing of my teeth. My teeth are almost always more work to clean. I didn't find myself clenching the arms of the chair once! He took his time and worked through the sensitive areas. I am very grateful! "Dr Bautista is a skilled and confident dentist. He was able to completely numb my mouth and take care of sensitive teeth. I had to have my old fillings removed and news ones put in. He was wonderful because he was able to them in one sitting and even still cleaned my teeth. He is a wonder of efficiency.

I can't really say enough about Dr. Bautista. I feared going to the dentist so much so that I had nightmares about it. Eventually after 10 years I thought that enough was enough and decided to check out Dr. Bautista and his staff. I was so worried that I didn't even really want him looking in my mouth... so we just chatted for a little bit in his office. He took the time to explain that sometimes people just don't visit the dentist and assured me that whatever was wrong with my teeth could be fixed. He even took my x-rays himself (something his assistants normally do) to make me feel at ease. "I have not met a dentist and staff as friendly, informative and supportive in my dental care as your office. I have some extensive dental work that needs to be done and appreciate the patience in getting it done.

Dr. Bautista is, well, quite awesome. He is direct about solutions on how to benefit each patient yet maintains a level of friendliness that doesn't scare or demean you. I have sent over 10 people his way and they all thanked me for it after and are reoccurring patients of his.

His staff is all very friendly and they are very accommodating.

Located in an office building on the corner of Cleaveland and Gregory in Pleasant Hill, it is very accessible to anyone coming off 680 (within 2 blocks) and within walking distance of all of the downtown area of Pleasant Hill.

I don't like dentists but sometimes you have to go. I needed a dentist so I yelped to find one. I'm so glad Dr. Bautista came up. He is concise and patient and he and his team do excellent work.

Dr.Randy Bautista is the best dentist I have EVER been too! He is very professional, but also very warm and caring. He is genuine, and concerned about my health and dental habits. He is very practical, and I feel like he is family. His staff is warm, caring, and as good as you can get! Better than family! They always call me by my name, and that is amazing considering they only see me every 6 months or so. I did have a filling recently, and it is wonderful! He is so gentle and kind. I had an awesome experience. All the personnel from the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist were very personable and professional in every way. I like the way Dr. Bautista offers you different options in your followup treatment, and explains them in simple terms. He never tries to sell you the more costly procedure and in fact urges you to try the simplest and most cost effective methods first. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Bautista and his staff for any of your dental needs.
